TURN is a tenant service and advocacy organization that helps tenants:

  • Fight eviction
  • Address repair problems in their apartments
  • To start their own tenant unions
  • With housing discrimination claims
  • By providing access to additional services
  • Find subsidy and relocation services (only when referred by the City of Philadelphia)

We are continuing to provide services remotely to young and expectant parents in the Philadelphia area while COVID-19 social distancing protocol is being observed. If you are a young parent between the ages of 16-29 and you need referrals or help finding items such as diaper and food assistance, SELPHI staff can work with you via phone calls, text messages or video calls to connect you with organizations that are offering these services.
